How long can our temporary structures and cabins be used for?

We have temporary educational structures and cabins which are suitable for most durations. Unlike other companies, we offer a range of solutions which have different life spans. From our SW and PVC structures which are suitable for short to mid term use, to our semi permanent buildings and cabins which can used for 10 + years.

What features do our temporary structures come with?

Our solutions vary widely, from simple single rooms to extensive multi-unit setups, complete with toilets, HVAC systems, lighting, power points, fencing, furniture and data connectivity.

What does the installation process look like?

This depends on the type of structure, size, and specification. Portable cabins can be delivered and ready to use within a few hours of being delivered to site. These are built off site and then dropped in place. Depending on the spec, they may need to be hooked to a power or water supply. Our SW and PVC structures are prefabricated and then assembled on site. These usually take 1 – 2 days to install depending on size and specification. Our semi permanent building solutions can take up to 7 days to install.

Is planning permission necessary?

Yes, in most instances, if the building will be in use for over 28 days, you’ll need planning permission and must comply with local regulations.

Are they safe and secure?

Absolutely! Modern modular classrooms and temporary structures are designed to meet high safety standards regarding structural integrity. Health and safety is a priority to us and we are governed by strict practices when installing and maintaining temporary buildings.

What are the costs involved?

Prices can vary based on dimensions, customisation options, and whether the units are on a hire or purchase agreement. It is best to speak to one of our experts with your requirements. We can turn around most quotes on the same day.

What kind of maintenance is needed?

Regular maintenance is essential, which includes tasks like gutter cleaning, safety checks, changing HVAC filters, and ensuring proper drainage on the site. On our hire agreements, we look after all of this for you. On a purchase agreement we can arrange for regular safety and maintenance checks if needed.
