How long can they remain in place?
While some structures are designed for short events (days and weeks), many of our temporary structurers are engineered to last months or even years.
Do I need planning permission?
For long term installations, in most cases, Yes. Structures in place for less than 28 days and under 100 square meters often do not require it. However, permission is usually mandatory if the structure exceeds 28 days, has a height above 5 meters, or significantly impacts the site boundary.
Are they climate-controlled?
Yes. They can be fitted with HVAC systems, insulation, and double-walled roofs for heating and cooling in any season
How are they styled or customized?
They are “blank canvases” that can include full branding, glazed windows, solid walls, custom lighting, and high-end flooring like hardwood or carpet.
Can they be installed on any surface?
Yes. They can be erected on concrete, tarmac, grass, or even uneven ground using leveled flooring systems.
What are the common sizes?
Structures often come in clear span widths ranging from 3m to 30m, with heights between 2.3m and 7.2m. Lengths are usually unlimited as they are added in modular bays (typically 3m or 5m increments)
