Project Overview
We delivered a comfortable and functional temporary clubhouse for Mid Kent Golf Club, ensuring uninterrupted service for members while the existing facilities underwent extensive renovation.
The club needed a solution that matched the high standards their members expected — this wasn’t a case of simply putting up a tent and hoping for the best. It had to feel like a real clubhouse. Installed in September 2025, the structure was in use throughout the winter months and performed exactly as required — fully climate controlled, fully fitted, and fully operational from day one.
Originally contracted for 6 months, the client extended the hire by a further 2 months — a result we’re always pleased to see, as it reflects how well the structure served its purpose.

To meet the club’s high standards, we installed a premium 6m x 18m solid wall structure — a significant build that required careful engineering given the challenging site conditions. The ground at the project location was highly uneven, so our team deployed a specialised sub-frame flooring system to completely level the area before construction began. The result was an exceptionally safe, sturdy and seamless platform that you would never have known was sitting on sloped ground.
Inside, the structure was fitted out to a genuinely high standard — this was a clubhouse, not a welfare unit, and the finish reflected that. Every detail was considered, from the commercial carpet to the bespoke bar counter.
